But in her novels, Need and Captivate, Carrie Jones tells a story of the world of these species lurking behind the scenes in the same world in which we live.
The story is told from a teen girl's point of view, using the words that a teen girl really would say. There is enough action and tension throughout the book to keep you going. The books are on the short side (about 300 pages each) and make quick reads (I think I read the second one in a day). But I must say, the ending of Captivate left things ripe for a sequel, but I have no idea when it will be released!
And, just so you know, I don't like to write about plots when telling about a book--I figure you can all look up the synopsis online.
